TENDEA'S ANNUAL BLACK BOOK GIVEAWAY

Illiteracy rates are highest among black children, particularly Black boys. With the absence of in-person schooling the number of Black children who will fall below grade level will rise.

Our Annual Black Book Giveaway was designed to combat rising illiteracy in Black children. By getting the youth and their parents excited about reading with stories that interest them, we are taking a stand against illiteracy.
